Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
• This is your first refund request for the specific product
• The request is made within the 7-day window from purchase date

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Courses purchased more than 7 days ago
• Courses with more than 20% content accessed
• Live webinar registrations (within 48 hours of event)
• 1-on-1 mentorship sessions already scheduled or completed
• Bundle discounts if partial courses are consumed
• Subscription fees for already-used billing periods

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include your order number and registered email
3. Briefly explain the reason for refund
4. Allow 2-3 business days for review

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
